Ocean View Apartment COmplex

Specialised Concrete Products (SCP) played a crucial role in the construction of the Ocean View Apartment Complex in Tahuna, a project led by Scott Construction. The complex, spanning five stories with 37 apartments of varying layouts, also boasts a gym and a swimming pool. SCP helped keep the project within a strict budget by supplying and installing concrete walls and other key parts. A major task was the strategic installation of large precast panels, for which SCP partnered with Lift N Shift to safely place them using heavy-duty cranes.

Besides the panels, SCP provided precast beams and stressed flooring, aiding in speeding up the construction while ensuring quality. The collaboration with Scott Construction was essential in turning the vision of Ocean View into reality, demonstrating SCP's commitment to quality and budget-friendly solutions in concrete construction.
